LabelSense(TM) Technology allows the printer, Brady i75-Series materials and Brady software to communicate; automating and eliminating tedious adjustments and label-wasting tasks.

• No need to set print speed, heat, offsets, sensor mode, or sensor location — i7500 does it automatically without wasteful trial-and-error print tests
• No need to calibrate wasted blank labels — i7500 detects the part size and spacing, and prints on the very first label
• i75-Series ribbons auto-center with the ink always facing the correct way; the i7500 will warn you if the ink type is a mismatch with the installed label material
• Over 4,000 stock i75-Series label parts and ribbons in 80+ materials operate in full smart-mode functionality
• Manual 76.20mm core label rolls and 25.40mm core ribbons will also function in full manual mode, where the operator makes necessary adjustments for print settings, sensor adjustments, label calibration, and correct ribbon pairing
• Brady WorkStation software (included) auto-detects the installed part for driverless 1-click setup and label file creation; or use the Win driver if using non-Brady software
• 600 dpi print resolution for high-precision printing of small fonts and barcodes, or printhead can be replaced 300 dpi or 600 dpi Brady printheads only so long as printer has firmware v2.0 or higher (recommended to contact Brady Tech Support for printhead replacements)
• Standard configuration ships with a Tear Bar; optional Auto Cutter accessories can be easily user-installed with four fastening screws
